Fire Simulation and Shading RnD Version 2

An update for my previous fire sim Rnd. A new workflow for fire simulation in Houdini 16.5 and rendered in Arnold 5. Also adding a meshing technique for fire ember sim.

150 Frames in total. Around 150GB fire cache and 237GB on the smoke cache. It takes 3 hours each to render separated elements.
